Easy. Make a rotary phase converter. It single-phase 240VAC 3-phase 240VAC. With a transformer, you can even go to 3-phase 440VAC. Now that is bad ass and worth doing. Many of the plans on the Internet, good project soon if you want to feed a load of 3 phase motor.
