DIY change taps (keys) and press drive? Is it possible to do this yourself?
My dad is a plumber, but the life of 5 hours away so no help, or would it be wise for us to get a plumber to do it. I'm glad you try, as long as it is an extremely high level of difficulty. Our place is only 10 years age if they have any difference in the type of pipes and taps have.
Changing the taps was one of my DIY projects first as owner of a new home. Yes, possible, but depend on some things, like replacing the faucets fit the same holes in the sink. Just be sure to get good directions from where you buy it, and a backup with a good book. Make sure you have the right tools, the most important pliers plumber / key.
