How do you change a circuit breaker in a condo (no main breaker in the panel)?
If there was a main switch I'm sure which took 5 minutes. As it is, I'm not sure if turning all switches cut off the juice of entry. I connected a voltmeter and touched input cables hot with the hope that he had read zeros. They did not. Is there a way to DIY it into condos or do I have left to trained professionals?
