DIY SEWING part related to the elastic waist skirt?
How do I attach the bottom of stretch fabric for a skirt I need stitch length long or short I have to strtch the elastic, while your in sewd? i kinda need step by step instructions, but if it bothers everyone cannot bu anyway thanx thanx so much:)
