DIY energy drinks ….?
I'm wanting to make my own energy drink instead of buying? Do you know any recipes for beverages energy, what kind of ingredients and so forth? I have heard of a recipe …. The 10 oz skim milk 1 egg 2 tablespoons two tablespoons Ovaltine honey. And we mix it all together. Does not sound too good, has anyone tried this? What do you think about it? Ovaltine I think it's putting me off, LOL
sounds good to add some dextrose
